For our Clients

  • Do we complete residential works or renovations?

M+J Builders works on high-end residential projects, providing custom solutions tailored to your needs. Due to the high demand for our commercial and defence projects, we primarily handle larger-scale residential builds.

If you're considering a high-end residential project, we’d love to hear from you. Please send as many details as possible, including your vision, existing plans, and any relevant information to info@mjbuilders.com.au.

  • Where should I send my resume?

If you're interested in joining the M+J Builders team, please send your resume and any relevant documents to info@mjbuilders.com.au, or visit our careers page on the website for more details on how to apply.

  • How much do you charge to build a project?

The cost of building with M+J Builders depends on the scope and complexity of the project. Since we focus on high-end residential, commercial, and defence builds, each project is unique, and costs can vary significantly based on factors like design, materials, and timelines.

We don’t typically have an exact cost off the top of our heads, as we value the quality of our work and tailor our approach to each project. For a more accurate estimate, please send us the details of your project to info@mjbuilders.com.au.

For our Contractors

  • Why do we need extra documentation for safety? Why are we so safety-oriented?

At M+J Builders, safety is our top priority. As part of our commitment to creating a safe working environment, we require extra documentation to ensure all subcontractors meet the highest safety standards. This helps us assess risks, manage hazards effectively, and ensure everyone follows our safety protocols.

We are also ISO 45001 certified, reflecting our dedication to maintaining internationally recognised occupational health and safety management standards. Being safety-oriented goes beyond regulatory compliance—it’s part of our core values and our responsibility to protect the well-being of our teams, subcontractors, and the communities we serve. By upholding high safety practices, we minimise risks, prevent accidents, and maintain the quality and integrity of every project.

  • How do I apply to be a subcontractor?

If you're interested in becoming a subcontractor with M+J Builders, please send your company details, qualifications, and relevant experience to info@mjbuilders.com.au. We review all applications and, if there’s a potential fit, we'll reach out to discuss opportunities further.
