Michael is a Territory leader in the Building and Construction Industry. Highly experienced and decorated, He is an innovative project manager, driven by quality and risk assurance. Michael knows his clients and knows the unique environment of the Territory. This is reflected in his methodology and customer relationship management approach. Together with his wife, Michael is leading the way for Territory construction.

Jess Buckley is an Aboriginal woman with ties to Country in regional QLD. She and Michael established M+J Builders in 2008 with the desire to build a family legacy, become one of the Territory’s industry leaders in commercial and residential construction, renovation, insurance and repairs and maintenance works.
