About the role
The HOTO Officer is responsible for HOTO (Handover/Takeover) Process which applies to all estate projects delivered on the Defence estate on behalf of M+J Builders, whilst ensuring Customer Service, Respect, Integrity, Honesty, Innovation, Quality and Enjoyment is upheld at all times with other staff members, and our customers and suppliers.
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in HOTO management
- Highly organised and able to multitask.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
