This attractive and affordable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house has given the owners a lovely home, perfectly designed to maximise space and indoor/outdoor flow. The property displays quality features throughout, including: Stone benchtops - a stunning, cost-effective option. Stone has the advantage of being long lasting, easy to clean, and resistant to stains, scratches and chips. Subway tiles in the kitchen and walk in pantry, and feature tiles in the bathroom, adding contrast and texture to these spaces. The tiles brighten the rooms, soften the lighting and add visual interest to these areas. A semi frameless shower, giving the bathroom a contemporary look with the added advantage of being super easy to clean. Block walls, external and internal, selected due to their flexibility of design, strength, energy efficiency and resistance to extreme weather conditions. A colourbond roof, a long lasting, durable, resilient choice for a Northern Territory property. Unlike other roofing materials, colourbond doesn’t change weight in wet conditions, as rainwater runs right off the roof rather than being absorbed.
