Master Builders host an annual Excellence in Building and Construction (EBC) Awards to celebrate the very best building and construction projects, both in the NT and nationally.
We reflect on M+J achievements in previous awards ahead of the 2022 event in August.
Young Builder of the Year
M+J director Michael Buckley was proud to be awarded Young Builder of the Year back in 2018.
Michael was born in Echuca, Victoria. He completed his carpentry trade before moving to Darwin and getting his builders licence. This inspired him to start M+J Builders in 2015, and the company has continued to grow ever since.
This incredible rural retreat, owned by M+J directors Michael and Jess Buckley, is a testament to our relaxed tropical lifestyle here in the Top End.
Designed and constructed to work alongside the NT's climate and not against it, this home is kept cool, comfortable and energy efficient year round.
